“Everything looks good. Your Labs are Normal."

 But...I was constantly tired, easily irritated, anxious, struggling with acne, digestive issues, and just an overall sense of blah. 


It wasn’t until I started paying attention — in everyday conversations with family, friends and coworkers, in fitness classes, at my son’s school events — that I realized I wasn’t alone. Nearly everyone I spoke to had similar complaints. We were all struggling, and yet somehow, we’d accepted this state of depletion and imbalance as normal.


That realization was my turning point. I had been working with a naturopath, running labs, trying the latest supplements — but I still felt overwhelmed. The advice often felt unrealistic and unsustainable given my life as a busy working mom, wife, and adult with real-world responsibilities.


So I took matters into my own hands. I went back to school and became a Functional Nutrition Practitioner to finally understand the root causes of these symptoms — not just for myself, but for all of us.


My mission is to rewrite our common narrative — from one of just “getting by” to one where we feel how we’re meant to feel: vibrant, clear-headed, and energized 98% of the time — giving grace to the 2% of life that’s messy, chaotic, and unavoidable.
